Field Trip

Yesterday was Braden's first grade field trip to see a play at Taft Children's Theatre. Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day... It was an interesting play. Very bright & colorful, the kids enjoyed it! After the play the whole first grade (close to 100 kids) also went to Golden Corral for lunch. That was an event in itself! Try managing 4 little 6 yr old boys, their energy and their plates through the buffett lines. Braden dumped a plate of noodles on the floor before he learned the art of balancing a plate of food!

I am so glad I went though. These are the days that will never come again. Their unbridled enthusiasm and energy; and when they WANT their mommy on the field trip with them! I'm thankful I can scrapbook the photos so we will remember them forever.
